Shipping and Return Policy

Domestic Shipping Policy

We ship by USPS and UPS:

  • Orders over $40 FREE (UPS Ground or USPS priority mail)

  • Order under $40 (USPS priority mail)

  • Expedited Services - calculated by address and service type (UPS)

We make every attempt to ship your merchandise within 24 hours and have the following general guidelines:

Orders placed Monday-Friday before 1pm CST will be processed that day, excluding holidays, and will be shipped within 24 hours pending availability and payment verification. Orders placed after 1pm CST will be processed the following business day and shipped within 24 hours. All orders placed on Friday after 1pm CST will be processed on the following Monday. Please be advised that if you are using Paypal, we only ship to verified addresses so please update your information!

International Order/Shipping Policy

We do ship worldwide and offer USPS an UPS shipping to the following countries (up to 4lbs calculated by address):

Canada, Europe, Asia, Australia, New Zealand (USPS Global Priority Flat Rate $15)

Customs
All additional taxes, fees, tariffs, import fees, and surcharges levied by destination countries are the responsibility of the customer. Please check with the customs house of your country to see if any additional charges apply to your shipment. Lady Language is not responsible for any import fees.

If customs charges on an incoming shipment are not paid by the customer, it will be returned to us at our expense. We will then deduct that charge, as well as any additional customs charges, from the refund of the original purchase price.)

Return Policy

We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase and offer the following policies for returning merchandise:

Returns and exchanges are accepted on items that are unworn, in new condition, and ALL tags attached. You may exchange or return merchandise by contacting us within 15 days of receipt of purchase. All sales are final on jewelry, accessories, handbags and sale merchandise. We do not refund shipping and handling charges. PLEASE CONTACT US FIRST BEFORE RETURNING MERCHANDISE (returns@ladylanguage.com).

To make a Return or Exchange: Pack and securely seal the merchandise in the original package and send insured to the address provided in your return confirmation email. (We recommend that you insure the return packages as we cannot accept responsibility or give refunds for lost or damaged merchandise).

We offer a customer satisfaction return policy for up to 90 days after your purchase. If you are not fully satisfied with an item, please contact us at returns@ladylanguage.com. You may return unsatisfactory merchandise
for a store credit only.
