Customer Rewards
We value our customers and want to give our thanks
by offering seasonal shopping sprees and reward
points. Four times per year, a customer will be
randomly selected to receive a $250 shopping spree.
You do not need to enter each time or make a
purchase, just sign up to receive our
newsletter and
become part of our community.
As a customer, you will also receive points for each
purchase. These points may be used towards future
purchases at our store. Please read more about our

Coupon Redemption
If you have a valid coupon or discount code, it may
be entered during check-out in the Gift Vouchers and
coupon section. Enter the code in the provided
field and click the REDEEM button. Your
purchase total will then be adjusted to reflect the
discount. ONLY ONE COUPON CODE PER ORDER IS
ALLOWED.

Do you charge sales tax?
We charge sales tax on orders that are shipped in
Wisconsin only.
Do you gift wrap?
Yes! We do it for free anytime, just specify in the
comment section during checkout and we will happily
wrap your purchase.
How can I be sure the clothing will fit me?
Refer to our Size Guide link located in the item
description page. We list a size chart for each
brand. Also, see our guide on how to take your
measurements to help you find clothing that fits.
How do I track my order?
Click on My Account at the top of our home page and
sign-in. This will take you to your account
information where you can view your orders and
update your account preferences.
Can I save items to purchase later?
We have a persistent shopping cart that holds added
items for up to 30 days. You may add items to your
cart at any time, when you log back in, you can
click on the Shopping Bag link to view the items and
check-out at your convenience. Please remember that
items placed in your cart are not guaranteed to be
available until you complete your purchase.
How do I see what’s in my shopping cart?

How do I check-out?
Click on the Shopping Bag link to see what’s in your
cart. To check-out, click the Check-out button in
the lower right. You will then be asked to confirm
delivery options, enter payment information and
finally, confirm your order.
How do I redeem my points?
During the checkout process, on the same page that
you select a payment method, there will be a box to
enter the amount of points you wish to redeem. Enter
the amount of points you would like to spend or tick
the box to use all available points. Please note,
you will still have to select another payment method
if there is not enough in your Shopping Points
Account to cover the cost of your purchase.
How do I view my points value?
Click on the My Account link at the top of our home
page. Login to your account and scroll down to the
My Points and Redemptions section. Click on view my
points balance.
What type of payment methods do you take?
Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover and
Paypal.
How secure is your website?
We have installed 128 bit SSL security with Comodo
on our server and also have daily scans to detect
any vulnerability. The SSL or secure socket layer
ensures you enter a private session when making a
purchase from our site. Your credit card information
is encrypted and sent through a payment gateway and
is never retained on our server. We value your
privacy and never release any information about our
customers. We only use your information to process
